Accessible Andalucía: The Villa

This luxury, rura,l self catering, three bedroomed, wheelchair accessible holiday accommodation, which accommodates up to a maximum of seven guests, was the first such accommodation to be awarded the Regional Rural Quality Standard.
 

Accessible Swimming Pool - Private & Exclusive Use

Our accessible accommodation, The Villa, offers guests exclusive use of a spacious, private and wheelchair accessible sun patio complete with a solar heated, accessible swimming pool. The Villa's private and accessible pool is for guests' exclusive pleasure, measures 3.5m x 7m and goes from a depth of approximately 1.4m to a depth of 2m.

Access into the pool is by means of a hydraulic chair which rotates and lowers into the pool - no need for wet slings.

Appreciating that guests may wish to soak up the sun before taking a dip to cool off, guests will find the patio's audio system ipod/MP3 player compatible - what better way to relax than sun bathing listening to your favourite tunes.

Private Outdoor Cinema

A unique feature of our accessible holiday accommodations is that each of our accommodations is complete with a private outdoor cinema and a private film library - comprised of over 150 film titles.

So as the star lit Andalucian night sky begins to sparkle, guests may choose to enjoy the delights of their private outdoor cinema.

Of course, eventhough the Granero's film library is quite extensive and includes cinema box office hits and "in concert" recordings there is nothing stopping you bringing your own personal favourite films.

Accessible Lounge

The Villa's spacious and accessiblelounge, which is complete with air conditioning/heating systems as well as a wood burning stove, extends opens out onto the shaded gallery and sun patio also provides access to the open plan style kitchen.

Accessible Kitchen

The accessible, open plan style kitchen is equipped with sufficient crockery and cooking utensils to satisfy the most adventurous of chefs, and is complete with:

  • a five ring gas hob;
  • multi extractor fan;
  • electric oven;
  • microwave;
  • washing machine;
  • fridge/freezer.

The Villa offers guests a choice of two spacious double bedrooms both of which have en-suite bathrooms. The ground floor, wheelchair accessible double bedroom has an accessible en-suite bathroom, complete with an:

The other double bedroom is located on the first floor, accessed by a set of stairs, also has an en-suite bathroom. Both of the double bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning and heating systems and are complete with bedside cabinets, wardrobes and dressing table.

Triple Bedroom with En-suite Bathroom

The spacious, first floor, triple bedroom, with en-suite bathroom, has three single beds and is equipped with air conditioning and heating systems.

The bedroom is complete with bedside cabinets, built in wardrobe and dressing table whilst the en-suite bathroom is complete with lavatory, bidet, wash basin, and a shower over the bath.

Notes

  • Inclusive of maid service for guests staying in excess of 7 nights, i.e. change of bedding and towels;
  • Inclusive of air conditioning, heating, electricity, gas, water, firewood and Welcome Hamper;
  • Guests are required to pay a 50% deposit at the time of booking their holiday accommodation and then pay the balance at least 12 weeks prior to their stay;
  • Guests may pay either by bank transfer, cash or on-line via PayPal (subject to a surcharge of 4%);
  • Guests may arrive at the accommodation from 16:00hrs;
  • On the day of departure guests must vacate the accommodation by 10:30hrs;
