The number of illegal and sub standard holiday villas in Andalucia is reaching epic proportions and the levels of quality and value for money are, to say the least, variable.

Unfortunately such accommodations provide guests with no assurances as to the accessibility of the accommodation, the quality of the accommodation, nor value for money or the legality of the holiday accommodation and in many cases such accommodations do not provide for guests' personal safety.
